Terms of Services

Please read through sections below for purchasing any of our products/services and thereby you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions. 


Olive to Nosh, LLC does not accept the return of any products as they are freshly-prepared and perishable. In the event that you received an incorrect product or have defects, we require contact within a 5 hour window from the time of delivery or pickup to make arrangements of replacement or refund. 

Order changes

Large Events- If booking online with us or outside the shop we require a 3 month cancelation window of date requested. Full refund will not be granted if paid in full. Only a 50% refund will be granted outside the 3 month window. Deposits are non-refundable as they hold your date and potential profits are lost if canceled. 

Should an event need to be rescheduled, we do offer a one-time alternate date change if that other date is available and not currently booked. Once the date has been moved, we will be unable to change it again and the above is applied. No refund will be provided. 

Date Reservation

Due to our high volume of Graze table requests, we will only reserve the date request when deposit is paid. Deposit is non-refundable at anytime. 


Our Products are hand-made and freshly created, therefore cannot be shipped and are only hand-delivered by myself or one of our trusted delivery drivers or pickup partners at The Farm! 

We deliver within a 15-20 Mile radius of Pensacola, FL including: Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Pace, Navarre. If showing outside our delivery range, please contact us!

We aim to delivery within a 15 minute window of Delivery time selected! However, during busier seasons orders maybe affected by weather or traffic and then deliveries may take a bit longer!

PRESENT DURING DELIVERY:  Recipients must be available at the location provided to receive delivery. Please do everything possible to make sure someone is available upon selection of time and date.


We will leave the order on the doorstep (Protecting from sun if possible) and reach out via social media/email to let orderer know it has been left unattended. 

IN ALL CASES- Olive to Nosh, LLC is not responsible once our products once headed out for deliveries and delivery has been attempted. They cannot be returned to marketplace. 

Best way to Contact Olive to Nosh is via Email. @ or through site. 24-48 response times may increase if falling on a weekend or busy periods.
